BGS Global Vietnam, in collaboration with the Vinh Long Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Department of Industry and Trade, held a conference titled “Solutions to Business Plan 2023 & Corporate Governance System Based on the BGS Global Model,” with the participation of Departments and 50 enterprises from Vinh Long province.
How to make a driving force and significant breakthrough that will contribute substantially to unleashing an organization’s absolute potentials for the upcoming year 2023 while the economic climate remains volatile and complex? Provincial Leaders, the Vinh Long Department of Industry and Trade, and other Departments are constantly looking for appropriate answers to this topic.
As a result, the Vinh Long Department of Industry and Trade is teaming up with the Vinh Long Young Entrepreneurs Association and BGS Global Vietnam to host a conference on “Solutions to Develop Business Plan 2023 and Corporate Governance System Based on the BGS Model Global” to address the aforementioned issue
The conference gained much attention with the participation of representatives of departments and agencies, including:
- Vinh Long Department of Industry and Trade;
- Vinh Long Department of Science and Technology;
- Vinh Long Department of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- Vinh Long Trade Promotion and Consulting Center;
Mr. Truong Thanh Su, Deputy Director of the Vinh Long Department of Industry and Trade, delivered the program’s opening speech. “The supply and demand in Vinh Long Province faced detrimental consequences due to the difficult period,” he explained. The Department of Industry and Trade expects that local residents and firms will be able to overcome difficulties and challenges and discover appropriate solutions for greater business development, allowing the provincial economy to grow more and more significantly. Correspondingly, we are collaborating with BGS Global Vietnam to assist firms in identifying problems and solutions that will allow them to conduct their operations more efficiently using the BGS Global Model.
Furthermore, Mr. David Tan Nguyen, BrainGroup Chairman, shared at the conference about the current issues that many Vietnamese firms encounter now as well as business governance solutions under the BGS Global Model. For his experience, the majority of startups lack the following important elements: A specific 5-year Goal and Vision; Methods to control business performance; functional Strategies; Sales and Marketing; Human Resources; Finance; etc. More importantly, there are also several problems in the operating process, such as the fact that the action and budget plans don’t associate together, the enterprise operation management system is still overlapping and ambiguous, and the team’s capacity has not been met due to the lack of an HR development plan.
So, how do you create a driving force and significant breakthrough that will significantly contribute to unleashing an organization’s absolute potential for the coming year 2023 while the economic climate remains volatile and complex? Mr. Truong Quoc Bao, BrainGroup Deputy General Director and BGS Global Implementer, proposed methods for developing the governance system and organizational reputation in accordance with BGS Global, as well as solutions for effectively building the business plan 2023.
By the way, BGS Global Vietnam announced the program, “the sponsoring project of consulting 1,000 young startup entrepreneurs under the BGS Global model,” which is organized by BGS Global Vietnam in collaboration with Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine. Also, it is regarded as a national-scale project, in cooperation with the Provincial People’s Committees through Departments (Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Science and Technology, etc.), Business Associations, Entrepreneurs Associations, and well-known Universities across the nation; Vinh Long Province is one of the companion units.

At the end of the conference, BGS Global Vietnam hopes that the project will spread throughout the country and gain the attention and participation of many young start-ups; additionally, it will support businesses in overcoming challenges and serve as a driving force for business growth and the development of a prosperous Vietnamese business community.
