She has more than 15 years of working experience in the field of Human Resource Management in the following industries: Construction, Decoration, Advertising, Consulting and Training, Production, etc. She is also a project consultant with expertise not only in human resources but also in training and system development for projects such as:

• Water Loss Reduction Project that strengthens and expands the water supply network and improves the management policies for the Saigon Water Supply Corporation for the period 2011 and 2015 (Training Module);
• Consulting on Quality Management System for Vina Kitchen Equipment Joint Stock Company (Namilux);
• Consulting on Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) Management System according to ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, SCG Joint Stock Company;
• Consulting on Human Resource Governance & Management Systems for Environmental Safety Incident Response Center, Tam An Import-Export Trading Joint Stock Company, and some other companies.

She is also a member of the Southern National Startup Advisory Council, participating in a number of consulting, training and supporting projects for startup students at universities.

Currently, she is the Deputy CEO of K&Associates Law Firm.
