A cooperative agreement signed by three units, including BGS Global Vietnam, Saigon A cooperative agreement signed by three units, including BGS Global Vietnam, Saigon Entrepreneurs Magazine, Vinh Long Department of Industry and Trade, and Vinh Long Provincial Entrepreneurs Association, took place on November 25th, 2022, to implement the sponsoring project of consulting 1,000 young startup entrepreneurs according to the BGS Global Model.
The Vinh Long Departments (Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Agriculture and Rural Development); Trade Promotion and Consulting Center; and more than 50 Vinh Long firms were present at the signing event.
BGS Global Vietnam has collaborated with Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine to organize the sponsoring project of consulting 1,000 young stratup entrepreneurs under the BGS Global model to accomplish the mission of not only creating a driving force for business growth and building a prosperous Vietnamese business community but also responding to the Prime Minister’s project of “supporting students to start a business by 2025” and the movement of “accompanying young startups across the country” simultaneously.
it is regarded as a national-scale project, in cooperation with the Provincial People’s Committees through Departments (Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Science and Technology, etc.), Business Associations, Entrepreneurs Associations, and well-known Universities across the nation; Vinh Long Province is one of the companion units.
The signing ceremony took place successfully beyond expectations, which marks the fruitful collaborations among BGS Global Vietnam, Saigon Entrepreneurs Magazine, the Vinh Long Department of Industry and Trade, and the Vinh Long Young Entrepreneurs Association, thereby confirming the mission of startups that create a driving force for their growth in Vinh Long Province in particular and the Mekong Delta provinces in general.
Furthermore, Mr. David Tan Nguyen, BrainGroup Chairman, shared at the conference about the current issues that many Vietnamese firms encounter now as well as business governance solutions under the BGS Global Model. For his experience, the majority of startups lack the following important elements: A specific 5-year Goal and Vision; Methods to control business performance; functional Strategies; Sales and Marketing; Human Resources; Finance; etc. More importantly, there are also several problems in the operating process, such as the fact that the action and budget plans don’t associate together, the enterprise operation management system is still overlapping and ambiguous, and the team’s capacity has not been met due to the lack of an HR development plan.
Consequently, Mr. Truong Quoc Bao, BrainGroup Deputy General Director and BGS Global Implementer, proposed methods for developing the governance system and organizational reputation in accordance with BGS Global, as well as solutions for effectively building the business plan 2023 to create both a driving force and significant breakthrough that will significantly contribute to unleashing an organization’s absolute potential for the coming year 2023 while the economic climate remains volatile and complex.
At the end of the conference, BGS Global Vietnam hopes that the project will spread throughout the country and gain the attention and participation of many young start-ups; additionally, it will support businesses in overcoming challenges and serve as a driving force for business growth and the development of a prosperous Vietnamese business community.
